■キャンセル規定

・当日のキャンセルは100％のお料理代金＋税を頂戴いたします。

・個室のキャンセルは前日50％当日100％のお料理代金＋税を頂戴いたします。

・貸し切りや大口のキャンセルは7日前よりキャンセル料がかります。お問い合わせください。

当日キャンセル、及び予約の確認電話で人数が確定した後に、御連絡を頂かず御来店時に人数が減った場合には、お一人様につき、キャンセル料が発生いたします。

御了承下さいますようお願いします。

なお、ご連絡なく人数が増えた場合、その方のお席が御用意できない場合もございますので、事前にお電話にてご確認して頂きますよう重ねてお願い申し上げます。

御予定の御来店時間を15分以上遅れて来店される場合には、お電話にて当店に御連絡をお願いいたします。

各種ネット予約に関しましても同様の対応とさせていただきます。

 

 

■Booking

When you wish to make a reservation with our restaurant, we will kindly ask you to provide credit card details in advance.

 

Restaurant Reservation and Cancellation Policy

 

Hishinuma relies on reservations being honored by our guests or adequate notice given of any changes.   The following conditions apply for both phone and internet advance reservations.

 

Hishinuma reserves the right to charge a per-person cancellation fee for the reservations as following:

 

Non-private room Reservation

a)    Cancelled, reduction of number of guests, and/or no shows on the day of reservation. (100% of food + tax)

 

Private room Reservation

a)    Cancelled, reduction of number of guests, and/or no shows on the day of reservation. (100% of food + tax)

b)    Cancellation the day  before your reservation, with a private room (50% of food + tax)

 

(The above conditions apply per person, which means that if a reservation is honored, but the number of guests reduces without prior warning, we reserve the right to charge the above cancellation fee for the non-attending guest)

 

If additional guests come to our restaurant, over and above the original reservation, we cannot guarantee that we can cater for them due to potential seating and food shortages. We use the highest quality ingredients that need to be accurately ordered.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, please let us know as this affects the preparation time of your meal.
